By accessing audit.techne.agency and using the free social media audit tool (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Techne Agency Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company no. 15037789), with its registered office at 9 Maclaren House, 7 Warwick Lane, London, W14 8DR, United Kingdom (“technē”, “we”). The Service analyses publicly available data from the social media profile you submit and produces an automated engagement report.

The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older — the legal age of majority in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts under 18 are not eligible, and we do not knowingly process their data.

The audit is provided free of charge and is for information only. It analyses publicly available data from your last posts within a rolling 28-day window and produces automated observations and recommendations. Figures and projections are estimates based on your own recent performance; they are not a guarantee of future reach, engagement, or commercial results. Results vary by industry, execution quality and market conditions.

You may only submit profiles you own or are authorised to analyse, and only public profiles. You must not use the Service to scrape, harass, or infringe the rights of others, or to submit false information. We may refuse or discontinue the Service for misuse.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techne Agency Ltd is not liable for any disruptions, inaccuracies, interruptions, or damages — direct or indirect — resulting from the use of the landing page, the audit tool, or the promotional offers described on it. Decisions you make based on the audit are your own.

Techne Agency Ltd is established in the United Kingdom and operates the Service from there. These Terms are therefore governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We advertise and offer the Service in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights granted to users living in those countries by their local laws — including the rights set out in the UAE and Saudi Personal Data Protection Laws, which continue to apply in addition to these Terms (see our Privacy Policy).

The technē name, logo, audit framework and report design are the property of Techne Agency Ltd. Your own profile data remains yours. You may share your personal report link, but you may not resell, white-label, or misrepresent the Service.
